With more than 91% of our members participating in the program, the pennies donated by rounding up your bill each month are making a big impact. Your contributions are reaching across our community, from youth programs to health care to homemakers.
The third quarter distribution of the Operation Round Up Trust Fund awarded $11,450 to six organizations in our community, including:
The Apple Tree Center, $1,500, nature-based preschool program
The Arc Noble County Foundations, $5,000, facility improvement project
The Crew Youth Center, $1,000, after-school programming
St. Martin’s Healthcare, Inc., $2,500, chronic disease management program
Noble County Extension Homemakers, $800, Head Start program books
Augusta Hills Learning, Recreation, and Community Center, $650, technology equipment
Nonprofit organizations who are seeking funding for a project, can fill out and return an application to the Noble REMC office by Oct. 1 to be considered for the next round of Operation Round Up disbursements. Applications can be downloaded from nobleremc.com.
