How to Report an Outage

Without power?

Here's what you should do next:

Before reporting a power outage, if able to do so safely, make sure to check your electric meter to see if there is a digital reading displayed. If you have a digital display, you should have power from the co-op to the meter. You should check for tripped breakers and contact an electrician for additional troubleshooting.

To report a power outage:

Log in to your SmartHub app on your mobile device and report the outage

Call our automated line at 855-951-3596, 24/7

Contact our office at 800-933-7362

Please do not report an outage via email or social media. These are only guaranteed to be checked during business hours, which are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
