Annual Meeting focuses on reliability, connection

We are reliability.

That was the message of this year’s Annual Meeting broadcast from Noble REMC. The video was released on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram on June 12, after members voted on our board of directors by mail.

Employees highlighted their contributions to the maintenance and improvement of our grid system to keep you, our members, connected to your community.

A few months into his tenure as CEO, Brad McCrea introduced himself before reviewing our financial standing and strategic priorities.

“I come from a long career in the electric industry and the cooperative world and look forward to building on the success of what already makes Noble REMC great. I can’t wait to engage with the community and hear from you, our members, while working hard for the cooperative,” said McCrea.

Board Chair Rick Robertson ended the meeting with the core priority of the event: the board of directors’ election results.

He thanked those who were willing to run and serve their community in such a capacity, before announcing that all three candidates running for the Noble REMC Board of Directors — Jay Wysong, District 1; himself, District 2; and Doug Burnworth, District 8 — were re-elected to their respective positions.

If you haven’t watched it already, the Annual Meeting is still available across all Noble REMC social media platforms, including YouTube.
