About Vision 2020
In 2010, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership launched Vision 2020 to bring the region together around five key areas for economic growth: 21st Century Talent, Competitive Business Climate, Entrepreneurship, Infrastructure and Quality of Life. Through its combined efforts in business development and capacity building, the Partnership supports its 10 member counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Kosciusko, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley.
Noble County has a spinoff of Vision 2020, named Noble Vision, which is focusing on three key areas of its own to tie into Vision 2020: Vibrant and Diverse Economy, Superior Quality of Life and Worldclass Learning Opportunities. Noble Vision is actually leading the way among the 10 counties that make up our region.
