Automatic Payment Plan (APP): The bank of your choice automatically deducts your monthly electric bill from your bank account (checking or savings) saving you money, time and postage. For more information or to print out the Authorization Form, click here.

Budget Billing: A fixed budget is offered that runs from August to July with July being the “catch-up” month. You must have a zero balance and be on our system for at least one year because your budget is based on your previous years consumption.

Third Party Notification: Landlords can receive a duplicate copy of their tenant's bill. They may also be notified if the service is to be disconnected. Family of elderly or handicapped may find this service helpful too.

Priority Listing: People with life support equipment get priority service in outage restoration. Call about medical requirements.

Energy Assistance Program: EAP offers assistance to senior citizens and low income households needing help in paying their heating bills. Contact the Community Action of Northeast Indiana in your county.

Energy Efficiency Audits: Advice on ways to improve the efficiency of your energy usage.

Underground Line Location: REMC will locate underground power lines for you FREE of charge. Call Holey Moley at 800-382-5544.

Speakers & Safety Demonstrations: Noble REMC employees are available to be speakers or conduct electrical safety demonstrations for your program,
school or organization.

Internet Services: Sign up for LigTel Internet services at Noble REMC.

Other Customer Services: Drive-up window; 24-hour deposit drop box; Power quality assistance; Trenching services; Temporary service equipment; Stray voltage and high use investigation; Appliance metering; After-hours appointments; MC/Visa accepted; Brochures and other informational pieces on a variety of subjects available

Value-added Services:
Long Distance Phone Service: As low as 4.9 cents a minute (with no monthly fees & no monthly minimum) you can make long distance calls anywhere in the continental U.S., ANYTIME. Noble REMC and TransWorld Network have teamed to offer this very popular program for anyone. You do not have to be an REMC member to take advantage of this. For information call 1-877-783-4000.

Metered Propane Service: Crossroads Energy metered propane is a unique service of Coooperative’s Energy, LLC, a joint venture between Noble REMC and North Central Cooperative. Noble REMC members only can have the convenience of a metered propane service with one price for the entire heating system. No price spikes for a winter fill. You pay for what you use in a given month and its billed with your electric service. It’s convenient and you don’t have to call with a delivery request.
